How do you know how much appetizers to plan for a crowd? When appetizers are going to be the entire meal, plan on 6 to 8 appetizer servings per guest. If a meal is to follow soon after appetizers, plan on 2 to 4 appetizer servings per guest. And if a meal is to follow several hours after appetizers, plan on 4 to 6 appetizer servings per guest.
